P4architects is a boutique architectural practice with more than 30 years of experience developing high-end residential projects in Marbella and across the Costa del Sol.

The studio was founded in 2015 by architect Eulalia Polo de Uña, following a long professional career dedicated to the design and construction of luxury villas, mainly in Marbella and Benahavís.

A constantly evolving architectural vision, a commitment to the highest standards of quality in every project, and a genuine enthusiasm for exploring new design solutions are the foundations on which P4architects was created.

For us, every location is unique, and so is every project. We develop exclusive, fully bespoke designs shaped by each client's needs, the specific conditions of each plot, a passion for contemporary design, and the most appropriate technical and energy-efficient solutions.

At P4architects, every project is personally designed and overseen by the principal architect, Eulalia Polo de Uña. We choose to take on a limited number of projects so that we can offer a more personal service and close attention to every client at every stage of the process.

Although residential architecture is our main focus, we also undertake urban planning, interior design and landscaping projects, as well as the construction and full management of selected works.

We work with a team of highly qualified professionals, including architects, structural engineers, technical architects, building engineers, surveyors, interior designers and draftspersons. This network of trusted collaborators allows us to preserve the boutique character of the practice without compromising on technical rigour.
